Application Form For An Organisation

The Loaningdale School Company is committed to supporting children and young people (up to 25 years old) who live in the Clydesdale area by providing grants that will improve their lives, with the priority of benefitting those most in need.

Notes for completing the application:

1. Complete all sections of the application;
2. You may be asked to confirm that the information provided in the application is accurate;
3. Your application will be considered primarily on the answers to the questions on this form, but brief supporting papers may be enclosed if necessary;
4. It is a requirement that all equipment bought is adequately insured and used under proper supervision;
5. It is a condition of grant that an organisation working with children and young people, has the appropriate Child Protection procedures in place;
6. Please enclose a copy of your constitution and latest accounts;
7. If your application is successful, payment will be made by bank transfer, so please make sure these details are correct before submitting your application;
8. Please use the online post-grant report form to provide an update to the charity on how the grant was used.

You can apply for a grant by downloading and completing our grant application form and returning it by email to admin@loaningdale.org.uk or by completing and submitting the form online. Please note that online applications are preferred, applications should NOT be posted to our registered office address.
